By creating an account or using ASM Fitness ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ASM Fitness. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information during signup.
3. Health Disclaimer — Important
- Have a pre-existing medical condition
- Have a history of injury or surgery
- Are pregnant or postpartum
- Have not exercised in over 6 months
You exercise at your OWN RISK. We are NOT liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of the app.
4. Subscriptions (ASM PRO)
- Pricing: $9.99/month (or the local equivalent shown in Google Play)
- Billing is processed by Google Play
- A free trial period may apply (as shown in-app)
- Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, subject to Google Play's refund policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass paywalls or security mechanisms
- Upload abusive or unlawful content (profile photos, etc.)
6. Intellectual Property
All content within ASM Fitness — including the exercise library, illustrations, videos, design, and code — is the property of ASM Fitness. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASM Fitness is not liable for: (a) personal injury or health issues during workouts; (b) loss of data; (c) service interruptions; (d) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Termination is immediate and irreversible.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ASM Fitness is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
